Privacy Policy

This page states what NEXORA collects and how it is handled. It is deliberately short, because the honest answer is a short one.

What is collected

Your email address, your profile details as you enter them, identity documents you submit for KYC review, security events such as sign-ins, and the ledger of your own financial activity. Session records carry a device name and IP address so you can audit your own access.

What is never stored

Your password is never stored — only a salted hash. Two-factor secrets, recovery codes, and password-reset tokens are stored as digests, so a read of the database never yields a usable credential.

How records are handled

Every financial mutation is recorded in an immutable, double-entry ledger with an audit trail. Entries are not edited or deleted; corrections are new entries. You can delete your account from the Security page, which removes your profile and sessions.

Who can see what

Verified NEXORA staff (Gatekeepers) can see your account record and KYC submissions, and every action a Gatekeeper takes on your account is itself audit-logged. Market prices are public data fetched from exchanges; no personal data is sent to them.
